Processing Times
Each order is carefully packed and shipped. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with your tracking details once it’s on the way.
During busy times (like holidays, sales, or new collection drops), processing may take an extra day or two.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location, weather, or postal delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear once your package is scanned in by the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please email hello@umixed.shop
so I can help.
While I can’t control postal delays or incorrect addresses, I’ll always do my best to assist you in locating your order.
International Shipping
At this time, I only ship within Canada and the U.S.
