Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Photo or video evidence is required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Personalized or custom designs are non-refundable unless defective

Email us at hello@umixed.shop with your order number and a clear photo or short video showing the issue.

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is our fault.
